A memorial walk will be held in Saskatoon this weekend to mark the one-year anniversary of the disappearance of Kandice Singbeil.

Singbeil was last seen riding her bicycle in the city’s downtown area on May 26, 2015. Police are continuing to investigate the 33-year-old woman’s disappearance as suspicious.

Singbeil’s family is planning a memorial walk on Saturday at 7 p.m. The walk will begin at Saskatoon police headquarters and will make its way down Third Avenue before ending with a candlelight vigil at River Landing.

Singbeil, who friends call “Kae,” is originally from Swift Current and was living in Saskatoon when she went missing. She is described as five-foot-four and 166 pounds with dyed-blonde, shoulder-length hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black jacket and dark-coloured pants. She was riding a dark-coloured Supercycle “Cruiser Classic” bicycle with whitewall tires and a wood-grained chain guard.

Anyone with information that could help in the investigation is asked to contact Saskatoon police or Crime Stoppers.
