One man is dead after a crash near Aberdeen, Sask., over the weekend, according to RCMP.
Mounties from Saskatoon responded to the two-vehicle collision, on Highway 41 near Aberdeen, shortly after 7 a.m. Saturday. A car and semi had collided in the northbound lane, police said Monday in a news release.
The lone occupant of the car, a 68-year-old man from Melfort, Sask., died at the scene. The man driving the semi was uninjured.
Police are still investigating.
Aberdeen is located about 35 kilometres northeast of Saskatoon.
