RCMP says that a problem "kid" has been returned to his family after causing a small disturbance in Martensville early Sunday morning.

Police were called to a Tim Hortons after reports that a goat had wandered in through the automatic doors and was refusing to leave.

Officers believed he was cold and wanted to sleep where it was warm. He was "arrested", and put in a police vehicle.

Mounties knocked on doors at the farms north of Martensville, but were not able to find the goat’s house, so they took him to an animal hospital.

Police reported on Monday that the goat had been reunited with his family after his night on the town.
