At approximately 1:34 p.m. on Saturday, Saskatoon City Police responded to an injured male in the 300 block Avenue E South. Upon arrival a 24 year-old male was found injured.
The male was then transported to Royal University Hospital, where he succumbed to his injury.
Police have interviewed and released one potential suspect in the case.
The Saskatoon Police Major Crime Unit, Forensic Identification Unit, along with the Chief Coroner’s office is investigating. Police are asking anyone with information regarding this incident to call the Saskatoon Police Service or Crime Stoppers.
