Four boys are facing charges after a 20-year-old woman was robbed early Thursday morning.
The woman was approached by a youth in the 200 block of Avenue S South around 12:20 a.m., according to Saskatoon police. The youth, alongside three others, ran off with the woman’s bag.
A police canine unit was called to the scene and was able to track the suspects to a backyard in the 1900 block of 20th Street West.
The suspects were taken into custody without incident, police said.
The woman’s bag was returned to her.
All four youth, ranging in age between 12 and 17, were charged with theft under $5,000.
