A disturbance was the cause of traffic restrictions over the lunch hour.
At approximately 12:15 p.m. police Saskatoon police received a report of a group of people fighting. When they arrived to the scene near around Avenue V and 21st Street the police found an injured man.
The man was attended to by MD Ambulance before being taken to hospital with undermined injures.
Traffic was restricted in the area while police were interviewing witnesses.
More information will be released as it becomes known by investigators.
