First elected to represent Ward 3 in October of 2011, I immediately went to work to address issues such as safety and infrastructure. I have been instrumental in addressing our “needs” instead of our “wants” such as road repair, snow removal, traffic safety, and sound walls. My long-term plan for addressing city-wide residential snow removal has been embraced by my colleagues, and as a result, residents will continue to see improvements in snow removal every year. In addition to my extensive portfolio, I chaired the Committee on Environment, Utilities and Corporate Services and was Vice-Chair of the Finance Committee.
A lifelong Saskatoon resident, I have lived in both Confederation Park and Pacific Heights. My expertise is in the field of Industrial Relations -- specializing in arbitrations and negotiations.
My husband Andy and I have a blended family of three daughters, their partners, and their children.
