A man and a woman in Saskatchewan accused of plotting to kill their spouses are out on bail.
Angela Nicholson and Curtis Vey were both recently granted their release following separate bail hearings.
Nicholson appeared in a Melfort courtroom today and her lawyer later said his client intends to plead not guilty when she and the co-accused appear in court again Oct. 21.
Police allege the accused were having an affair.
