The man charged in the death of a Prince Albert woman was in court Tuesday morning.

Todd Daniel McKeaveney, 38, appeared in a Prince Albert court room via video link from Regina. He is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Monica Burns.

Burns, who was 28, was found dead Jan. 17 on a snowmobile trail north of Prince Albert.

Her friends and family were on hand at the court to show their support. She was loved by many and they want justice, the family said.

The matter was adjourned until March 27 when McKeaveney will enter an election and plea.
