Saskatoon Major Crimes and the Coroner are aiding in the investigation of a body found on the bank of the South Saskatchewan River in Saskatoon.
A 9-1-1 Call came in just before 9 o'clock Saturday night.
The Saskatoon Fire Water Rescue Team was deployed, and the caller led them to the body, which was on the west bank of the river.
It was determined the victim was no longer alive.
Little else is known about the incident at this time.
