An iconic Saskatoon landmark is changing hands.
An agreement has been made for Marriott International to purchase the Delta hotel chain, which includes the historic Bessborough hotel in downtown Saskatoon.
The Bessborough, originally built as a railway hotel, opened for business in 1935.
Marriott said the acquisition of Delta will bring more than 120 hotels in Canada under its control.
