Traffic on a highway east of Lloydminster, Sask., is restricted after a semi-truck carrying crude oil caught fire.
RCMP shut down Highway 303, near the intersection with Highway 684, early Tuesday morning, stating vehicles were not being allowed through because of the semi-truck blaze.
Mounties with the nearby Maidstone detachment as well as Maidstone fire crews responded.
The highway was opened to one lane of travel a few hours later, at about 7 a.m., but police and firefighters have yet to open the entire roadway.
No injuries have been reported, RCMP say.
