A 59-year-old man missing since Sunday was found dead beside his snowmobile Tuesday afternoon.
An RCMP ground search team found snowmobiler Dennis Malischewski near Kelvington, Sask. around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday. The man had been missing since Sunday at 12:45 p.m. from the Kelvington area.
Members of snowmobile clubs from Kelvington, Wadena, Archerwill and Quill Lake, alongside civilian search teams and the RCMP, were involved in the search for Malischewski.
The family of Malischewski thanked the community and all those who helped search for him in an RCMP press release.
Police do not believe his death is suspicious.
