The Prince Albert SPCA is reporting a second disturbing incident this week.

The SPCA keeps a small number of kittens at Pet Valu to showcase them for adoption.  One of the kittens, a 3-month-old named Odessa, was stolen from the store on Monday.  An employee chased the thief outside but couldn't catch up to him.

The suspect is described as an aboriginal male in his late teens or early 20's, he is about 5’6” inches tall with long, wavy orange hair.

Earlier this week, a cat and her four kittens were stuffed in two book bags and placed underneath the wheels of a bus. Two of the kittens died when the unsuspecting driver drove over the bags.

Prince Albert police are investigating both incidents.
