One of two inmates who escaped from the Saskatoon Correctional Centre is back behind bars.
Christopher Prentice was apprehended just before 8:00 p.m. Wednesday night in the area of Idylwyld Drive and 33rd Street.
Prentice now faces charges of escaping lawful custody. He and 30-year-old Brad Gardipy were reported missing from the center last week, and Gardipy still remains at large. He is described as Aboriginal, 5'10", and 140 pounds. Anyone with information on Gardipy's whereabouts is asked to call police.
