University Bridge reopens to traffic on Tuesday following the morning commute.
The city says Transit Service will continue as scheduled, however, routes that typically use the University Bridge may be rerouted to Broadway Bridge during the mornings.
The city advises riders planning on taking that route to allow for an extra 10 to 15 minutes.
