A 20-year-old man suspected of robbing a Saskatoon woman at gunpoint before stealing her car has been arrested in British Columbia.

The woman was robbed Thursday around 11:40 p.m. in Saskatoon’s City Park neighbourhood. A man with a gun stole her car keys, then her vehicle.

Saskatoon police said in a media release he was arrested Saturday by RCMP in Sicamous, B.C. for an unrelated incident.

He will appear in B.C. court to face charges of robbery using a firearm and wearing a disguise while committing an offence in relation to the Saskatoon robbery.
