A 24-year-old man is in custody following an armed robbery Sunday morning.
Police said it happened at a business in the 2300 block of 33rd Street West. Upon arrival, police discovered that the lone man had fled the business with cash and cigarettes.
In a release, police said they were given a description of the suspect and later spotted him shortly after 12 p.m. in the 700 block of 33rd Street West. Officers said they were able to retrieve the cigarettes and cash from the robber.
The man has been charged with robbery, as well as breaching his court conditions.
