A 34-year-old North Battleford man charged in relation to an alleged sexual assault last week appeared in court Friday.
Randy Joseph Clarke, facing charges of sexual interference, sexual assault and invitation to sexual touching, was remanded at North Battleford provincial court. He will remain in RCMP custody until his next court appearance April 9.
The victim’s name cannot be released because of a publication ban.
Clarke was also found to be in violation of a parole order, which has since been revoked.
