These Sask. highways are restricted following multiple weather-related collisions
Saskatchewan RCMP are urging caution on the roads as they respond to multiple weather-related collisions and incidents across southeastern and southcentral Saskatchewan.
RCMP say snowy and icy conditions are creating hazardous driving conditions.
As of 12:47 p.m. Saturday, eastbound lanes of Highway 1 and a northbound lane on Highway 11 near Kenaston were restricted due to semis blocking lanes.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
RCMP urge motorists to check the weather and road conditions before travelling and If poor weather or road conditions exist or are forecasted, consider delaying travel if possible.
RCMP say updates will be provided as they become available.
