Prince Albert police are investigating the death of a 23-year-old man after police were called to an apartment early Saturday morning.
At approximately 2:56 a.m., police were dispatched to the 1000 block of 1st Avenue West on a report that someone had been shot.
Upon arrival, police say they discovered that a 23-year-old man was dead.
The death is being investigated as a homicide and the name of the victim will not be released at this time, officials say.
The investigation is ongoing and an autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday.
