Summer is becoming more evident in Saskatoon as the city’s outdoor pools are opening for the season.
George Ward and Lathey pools are opening today along with the Kinsmen Play Village at Kinsmen Park. Not all pools are ready for the public however, as repairs are needed for the Mayfair and Riversdale pools. The city expects to announce revised opening dates for Mayfair and Riversdale pools within the next few days.
Outdoor pools will be open from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday to Friday, and from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. on weekends.
