Fire crews were busy Friday night with a house fire in River Garden Estates. Firefighters arrived on the scene shortly after 6:00 p.m. and took hours to extinguish the flames.
When they arrived at the two story house, it was fully involved. Crews then established a defensive attack and also had to contain flames from a gas line that erupted.
It will be up to Corman Park officials to investigate and determine what sparked the fire.
Home owners arrived and confirmed that no one was in the home at the time.
The house was undergoing renovations and the estimated damage is $450,000.
