Police were called to Evan Hardy Collegiate on Monday after staff reported that a male student told her he’d been making plans to harm staff and students.
The student was removed from the school and patrol officers and the canine unit searched both the school and the boy’s residence.
No weapons consistent with the student’s threats were found, but the youth was charged with uttering threats.
The 14-year old is expected in court on Wednesday.
