Devon was born and raised in Saskatoon. Devon was inducted in the Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame as part of the Saskatoon Hilltops Canadian National Championship Football Team and is also a member of the Saskatoon Sports of Hall of Fame. Devon received a commendation from the Saskatchewan Arts Board in the area of Fine Arts for bronze western sculpture. Having attended the University of Saskatchewan, Devon worked for a Crown Corporation and later for the family radio and telecommunications company. Devon is offering voters a candidate representing a clear mandate of change versus more of the same with a central focus on holding the line on taxes, ending the crime problem, and addressing the road replacement and maintenance problem.
