RCMP investigators in Nipawin are treating the death of a 57-year-old man at a home in the town as suspicious.

Police were called to the residence on the 500 block of First Avenue West at about 11 p.m. Wednesday after the man was found dead inside the home.

The man, whose name has yet to be released, lived in the home.

His death is considered suspicious and an autopsy is set for Monday in Saskatoon, according to police.

Anyone with information on suspicious people, vehicles or activity in the area on Wednesday is asked to contact RCMP.
