A car caught fire in a Stonebridge neighbourhood home's garage Saturday afternoon, causing $20,000 worth of damage.
Saskatoon fire crews were called to the blaze at 331 Baillie Cove around 12:45 p.m. A car was fully engulfed in flames inside an attached garage of the home, the fire department said in a media release.
Firefighters quickly extinguished the blaze.
The home’s occupants were able to escape the residence before firefighters arrived. No injuries were reported.
Damage to the vehicle and home is estimated at $20,000, according to the fire department.
