A frenzy of construction – or can-struction – took place at Market Mall Saturday, all for the Saskatoon Food Bank.
Over a dozen teams took part in CanStruction, building structures out of cans of food.
The event puts a visual spotlight on hunger while showcasing the Saskatoon design community's best and brightest.
About one million food items are distributed through the Saskatoon Food Bank every year, with more and more people relying on the food bank as our population grows.
