After two days without power, much of the Wakaw area had power restored Friday afternoon.
SaskPower says Wakaw and Cudworth had power restored late Friday afternoon following a severe storm that saw residents in the dark for two days.
Most of the power in the Yorkton and Melville regions has also been restored, although outages continue in some rural areas. SaskPower expects to have work complete in these areas by Saturday night.
Power has also been restored to Prince Albert, La Ronge and surrounding areas.
