Last month, 30-year-old Chrystal Rivet was killed after a car slammed into her vehicle. She was four months pregnant at the time.
The daycare where she worked is making a change to honour her memory and renaming its children’s art gala to the Chystal Rivet Memorial Art Gala.
The 21-year-old Weldon man who’s vehicle struck Rivet’s car is charged with impaired driving causing death.
