Justin Gerard Gryba will have to wait for his case to be heard in court. The 27-year-old Saskatoon man was scheduled to appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court on Monday, but it has now been moved to Queen’s Bench Court.
Gryba’s lawyer says he plans to enter a plea of “not guity”, arguing that he can’t be charged with the same crime twice.
Gryba pleaded guilty to child pornography charges in 2012, and served a two year sentence before being released.
Additional child pornography charges were laid in 2014 after police were able to open encrypted devices seized during the initial investigation.
A date for Gryba’s trial has not been set.
