A 30-year-old Saskatoon man has been charged following the city’s fourth homicide of the year.

Anthony Quattrocchi was charged Friday with second-degree murder and offering an indignity to human remains following the discovery of a man’s body inside a residence on the 1000 block of Avenue K North Thursday night.

Police have yet to release details on the incident. Investigators are hoping an autopsy scheduled for the week of June 30 sheds more light on the death.

The victim’s name has yet to be released.

Quattrocchi appeared before a Justice of the Peace Friday evening and was remanded. He is scheduled to appear in Saskatoon provincial court June 30.
