RCMP are investigating a homicide after a sudden death in northern Saskatchewan’s Reindeer Lake.

A report of an unresponsive 33-year-old man sent officers to the lake Sept. 1. The man was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.

Officers launched a sudden death investigation with help from RCMP major crimes investigators, and an autopsy has since determined the death is a homicide.
