Classes are cancelled at Pleasant Hill Community School on Thursday after a minor fire Wednesday evening.
The fire started in the kitchen, located in the school’s basement. Fire crews responded and extinguished the small fire, Saskatoon Public Schools said in a news release.
The school division said damage is minimal but air quality in the school is poor due to smoke.
