City bus hits light pole, backs up traffic on 25th Street

Traffic was backed up on Saskatoon’s 25th Street Tuesday morning after a city bus crashed into a light standard.

Police said the bus hit the pole at the intersection of 25th Street and First Avenue North around 8 a.m. No one was injured, but traffic on 25th was reduced to one lane.

Conditions were icy at the time of the crash.
