A 55-year-old man from Christopher Lake died at the scene of a car crash Friday evening.
The two-vehicle collision happened at approximately 6:45 Friday night at the intersection of Range Road 3073 and Township Road 382 just south of Langham.
A westbound SUV with two female occupants collided with a south bound Topaz driven by the 55-year-old.
The Topaz was consumed by fire after the crash.
The two women in the SUV weren’t injured but the driver of the Topaz died on the scene.
RCMP said road conditions and visibility were good at the time of the accident, and alcohol doesn’t appear to be a factor.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
