Another crane is dotting Saskatoon's skyline.

A tower crane has been set up over the construction site of Saskatoon's new police station. The $100 million station is being built near the 25th Street extension in the north downtown area.

A spokesperson says site servicing is about 90 per cent complete and about a third of the excavation for the basement is complete.

The Saskatoon Police Service has outgrown the current facility. The new structure is scheduled to be finished by the fall of 2013.
