A 33-year-old Saskatoon man is facing criminal charges stemming from a fatal crash in the city last year.
On Sept. 7, a car skidded around a curve and hit a tree before crashing into a parked vehicle in the 2800 block of Arlington Avenue.
The passenger in the vehicle, 22-year-old Dylan Nahorniak from Saskatoon, was killed in the crash.
The accused, whose name has not been released, faces charges of dangerous driving causing death and criminal negligence causing death.
He is set to make his first court appearance Monday morning.
