John's role model growing up was his grandfather who owned the Sarnia Gazette.
John graduated from the University of Western's MIT program and Seneca College's Broadcast Journalism program.
He interned for 680News in Toronto and Rogers TV in York Region.
In 2010 John joined CTV as a Video Journalist in Prince Albert and made the move to CTV Saskatoon in 2011 as a Video Journalist.
John loves volunteering in his neighbourhood. He was the founding member of the Evergreen Community Association, and the civic coordinator for the Silverspring community association.
