A house in the 1300 block of 2nd Ave. N caught fire, causing approximately $325,000 in damage.
Just after midnight, Saskatoon Fire Department got a 911 call reporting a house was on fire.
Everyone in the house was able to get out safely and there were no injuries.
People in an adjacent house also had to evacuate, as their home was also exposed to the fire.
Five fire trucks were on the scene to extinguish the fire.
