The Crown is appealing a verdict that found a Saskatchewan foster mother not guilty in the drowning death of a toddler.
Eunice Wudrich was acquitted earlier this month of criminal negligence causing death.
She was charged after 22-month-old Evander Daniels drowned in a bathtub in June 2010.
Daniels was one of five foster children living in the Aberdeen-area home at the time.
There's no word on when the appeal will be heard.
