A 45-year-old Martensville man is dead after a single vehicle roll-over on highway 16 early Friday morning.

Warman RCMP were dispatched to the accident and 1:50 a.m. and when they arrived first responders from Langham and Radisson Fire were already providing emergency care to the sole occupant of the 2011 Dodge Ram truck.

STARS ambulance were called to the scene, but when they arrived the pronounced the driver dead at the scene.

The truck was traveling eastbound when it left the highway and struck an approach in the centre median, causing the truck to roll.

RCMP said the road conditions were dry and the weather was clear at the time of the collision. They also said alcohol doesn’t appear to be a fact.

A collision analyst is assisting with the investigation.
