A 56-year-old man from Waterhen Lake First Nation has died after being shot Friday evening.
At 7:30 p.m., RCMP were called to a home on the report of a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
The man was pronounced dead on scene.
Police say a 62-year-old man from Waterhen Lake First Nation has been charged with second degree murder and prohibited possession of a firearm.
RCMP say the men were known to each other.
The man will appear in court on Monday, officials say.
