Early morning garage fire causes estimated $10,000 damage

An early morning fire caused an estimated $10,000 in damages to a garage at 204 Avenue E south on Sunday.

Fire crews responded to the call around 5:50 a.m. on Sunday. According to the fire department, crews arrived to a single detached garage fully engulfed in flames. The fire was under control in 19 minutes.

No one was in the garage at the time of the fire and there were no injuries.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
