One woman was taken to hospital Tuesday night following a crash involving three vehicles on Highway 16.

The collision happened at approximately 7 p.m. when a large recreational vehicle towing an SUV struck the back of a slow-movoing semi-truck travelling in the eastbound lanes of Highway 16 east of Maymont, Radisson RCMP said.

Investigators say a female passenger in the RV was taken to Royal University Hospital in Saskstoon by STARS air ambulance.  Her injuries are believed to be non-life threatening. The male driver of the RV was treated for injuries while the driver of the semi-trailer unit was not injured.

Heavy fog and icy road conditions may have been a factor in the collision, police said.
