Environment Canada has issued a wind warning for parts of central and northern Saskatchewan, including Saskatoon, Lloydminster, the Battlefords and Prince Albert.
The weather agency says the area could experience damaging wind gusts of up to 90 kilometres per hour. The wind could damage buildings, toss loose objects or break branches off of trees.
The winds are expected to die down on Sunday afternoon.
