Two people found guilty of conspiring to murder their spouses have an appeal date set for next month.
Curtis Vey and Angela Nicholson will be back in the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal in Regina Oct. 3.
A Prince Albert jury found the two guilty last summer of conspiring to murder their spouses. The two were sentenced to three years in prison, but were granted bail with several conditions during the appeal process.
