Two Prince Albert residents face trafficking charges after a drug bust earlier this week.

Prince Albert police and RCMP discovered 29 packages of cocaine and 19 cocaine-loaded syringes during a search of a residence at the Whispering Pines trailer park near the city.

Three people were taken into custody. A small amount of cash and a vehicle were also seized as part of the search.

Brittney Ledoux, 24, and Julian Ganton-Henderson, 28, were to appear in court Friday charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, trafficking cocaine, possession of proceeds of crime under $5000 and possession of Hydromorphone.

In a separate case, Turtleford RCMP have charged a 29-year-old St. Walburg woman with possession for the purposes to trafficking after officers seized 18 ounces of Ecstasy on Thursday.
