SaskTel is asking its customers to be patient as they work to fixing a problem with dropped calls and lost text messages

A main tower in Regina's downtown core has been an area of focus for crews that are working to swap out antennas in an effort to double the current network capacity on the site.

SaskTel admits its been struggling to keep up with the 4G demand as customer usage has exceeded expectations by 1,000 percent. They hope upgrading their towers around urban centres will improve the network.
