A rural Saskatchewan property where a 22-year-old Indigenous man was shot and killed last summer is listed for sale.

Stanley Stables, or the Stanley acreage, in the Rural Municipality of Glenside, is listed on multiple listing services at $399,000. The 150-acre property, where Gerald Stanley is accused of killing Colten Boushie, was first listed for sale about a month after the alleged killing, according to one listing.

Stanley, who’s pleaded not guilty, has been committed to stand trial for second-degree murder.

He’s accused of fatally shooting Boushie, who was killed Aug. 9 while riding in an SUV that went onto a rural property near Biggar, Sask.

Boushie was from the Red Pheasant First Nation.

No date for Stanley’s trial has been set.
